With almost 10 years in preparing adults for rewarding careers, AMTI is a recognized leader in training Health and Human Service Professionals for careers as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), Assisted Living Facility Manager, and Assisted Living Caregiver. Advanced offerings include a Restorative Nurse Assistant (RCNA) program. Also, recently added is soon to be the best program in Arizona for equipping students to become a Nationally Certified Phlebotomist. Student Focused Training in Healthcare

The Arizona Medical Training Institute has been a gateway of opportunity for thousands of students either beginning a new career in healthcare or updating skills to be more effective in the workplace. We have over a decade of experience in equipping students from 16 to 74 years old, and from every walk of life with the knowledge and skills that they will need to transition into healthcare. Central to any learning environment and the cornerstone in ours is the faculty of student centered instructors who teach, touch and most importantly invest all of themselves into your training. We have over 15 licensed nurses, a licensed physical therapist, a physician assistant, a degreed engineer and a variety of guest presenters that make your learning experience unparalleled. Along with classroom learning, are two skill centers for hands on skill development using medical equipment essential for job performance from blood pressure cuffs to certification on the Hoyer Lift. Real life, real practical, and oftentimes, really a lot of fun!!

At AMTI, our focus is you! We start with an appreciation for your busy life. That is why we offer day, evening, and even weekend classes to fit in with your busy lifestyle. Our eLearning approach will provide even greater flexibility to meet your needs providing on-line learning at your convenience. Both eDelivered modules as well as “blended” eLearning approaches will allow you to access the training you need, when you need it. We continue that focus with keeping your tuition reasonable. Helping you achieve your career dreams is our desire as well. Low tuition, accompanied by several tuition payment approaches, allows you to spread your financial commitment over as many as 6 months. We love our students and try to show this by providing a second chance to take the course at no cost, providing the option for nursing assistant students to take their State Board exam at AMTI, free use of the facility in preparation for their board exam, as well as free help in resume development to job placement assistance. Today, that focus has resulted in some incredible results. For example, Arizona Medical Training Institute graduates more nursing assistant students than any other single provider in Arizona. And, it could be easily argued not only the most students but also the best! According to the Arizona State Board of Nursing, AMTI students passed their 2011 State Board exam at a rate of 95% on the written component and 90% on the Skills versus a State average of 90% and 78% respectively. Our focus allows you to stay focused on what brought you to AMTI to begin with!!
