This job is growing faster than the average for all occupations
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics has an incredibly positive outlook for CNA jobs in the next decade. It predicts at 17% growth in Certified Nursing Assistant positions until 2024. That equals a growth of 267,800 CNA positions! Now is the time to get CNA training and be a part of this amazing growth.
This is due in large part to the ever growing elderly population. The need and demand in all areas of healthcare will continue to rise, and the number of CNAs needed will see constant growth for years to come. As more and more elderly move into long-term care facilities, nursing homes and hospitals, CNAs will be needed to staff these locations. Certified Nursing Assistants can work in many different environments including skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, assisted living communities and home health care agencies.
Compared to other jobs, CNA growth will be much faster than average. The average job growth in other sectors is just around 7%.
In order to become a CNA, one must complete a state-approved training program. Here at the Arizona Medical Training Institute we train the most CNAs of anyone in the state. More importantly we consistently have the highest state board pass rates for both the skills exam and the written exam. In as little as 3 weeks you can complete the daytime CNA program and start your new career right away.
The future of CNA jobs is bright and now is the time to act.
